The Cygnus is a family of twin Hybrid Pulse Detonation - Afterburning Turbofans engine multi-role mild stealth aircraft.

There are three primary variants of the German's Cygnus; the Cygnus IDS (interdictor/strike) fighter-bomber, the suppression of enemy air defences - the Cygnus ECR (electronic combat/reconnaissance), and the Cygnus ADF (air defence variant) interceptor.

The Cygnus was developed and built by Sentry Alliance, a tri-national consortium consisting of Airtech (previously IPTN), EADS (previously MBB of Germany), and Sukhoi of Russian. Due to its multirole nature, it was able to replace several different fleets of aircraft in the adopting air forces.

Cygnus ECR
Operated by German Air Force, the ECR is a Cygnus variant devoted to Suppression of Enemy Air Defences (SEAD) missions. The ECR has sensors to detect radar usage and is equipped with anti-radiation missiles.

1 × 27 mm Mauser BK-27 Revolver cannon with 150 rounds

Hardpoints: 9 total: 6× under-wing, and 3× under-fuselage with a capacity of 17,750 lb (8,050 kg) external fuel and ordnance

Internal Weapon Bay:
Equipped with internal rotary launcher with a wide variety of ordnance, including air to air missiles, air to surface missiles, air to ground missiles, bombs, and FAEs, or fuel air explosives.

The two center wing equiped with Advanced Recon-Multi Detection sensors, and High-Low Band Jamming Pods.

Others:

Flares/infrared decoys dispenser pod.
chaff pods.
Electronic countermeasures (ECM) pods.
LITENING III laser targeting pod.
Up to 2 drop tanks for ferry flight or extended range/loitering time.

Avionics
Euroradar CAPTOR-S AESA Radar.
Passive Infra-Red Airborne Tracking Equipment (PIRATE).
Lambda Electronic Division AN/AAQ-78 Distributed Aperture System (DAS) missile warning system.
Sentry Alliance AN/ASQ-539 (Sentinel) electronic warfare system.
EADS Multifunction Advanced Data Link (MADL) communication system.

You really should think on changing the NATO designation for this, unless it's the actual name given to it by Sukhoi. F is reserved for fighters. C is reserved for cargo aircraft. A more fitting NATO designation might be 'Fletcher'.
